  • Plan2: (P1) plus Calibration Certificate Non-accredited (readings documented) as after, for Clinic, R&D labs

  • Plan3: (P2) plus Calibration Certificate Non-accredited (readings documented) as before & as after, for Pharma, Biotech & Clinical Research Labs.

  • Plan4: (P2) plus Calibration Certificate Accredited (readings documented) as before & as after, for ISO 17025 Accredited Labs and Testing Labs.

  • Calibration Certificate with readings documented provided upon request, with extra fees. For P2,P3 and P4

To put it simply, this form is for getting a price quote before you schedule a service. After you fill it out and submit it, a detailed quote will be emailed to you. You can then use this quote to get a purchase order number from your purchasing department. If you have any questions, you should contact the company.​​
