  • One Year Warranty on parts replacement

  • Service report is issued and dated Stickers with Due Date are affixed on each pipet

  • Same day service

  • 24-48 Hours turn-around service

  • The Certificate comes with extra fee as shown in mail-in service page

Service Requierments:

  • 5 tips for each pipet

  • Permit / Security Pass for Technicians

  • Decontamination form of pipets is required. 

  • PO.# Authorization ( before the service if not after )

  • Payment information is ready, via Credit Card ( Master, American Express and Visa) are accepted.
